Therese is a seasoned dietitian and passionate food enthusiast with extensive credentials. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Public Health, along with her RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) and CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist) certifications from Teachers College at Columbia University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the Honors College at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Throughout her career, Therese has focused on corporate health and wellness, designing comprehensive multi-week programs and delivering lectures to numerous Fortune 500 companies.
More recently, she has shifted her focus to pediatric nutrition and the unique dietary needs of infants, children, and adolescents. Her goal is to set children on a healthier path by providing personalized nutrition advice and practical strategies to support their overall well-being.
Therese is also a published author and contributor to various health and wellness websites and organizations.
