Who I Help

A Children’s Nutritionist Who Looks Beyond the Plate

Most parents land here after trying everything, the charts, the bribes, the “he’ll eat when he’s hungry” advice that didn’t work. As a pediatric nutritionist with functional training, I look for why eating is hard for your child: gut health, sensory needs, nutrient gaps, blood sugar, and how it all connects to mood, focus, and growth.

This might be you if…

Your child eats fewer than 10–15 foods, and the list keeps shrinking
Mealtimes end in tears, standoffs, or short-order cooking
Eating struggles show up alongside ADHD or autism
Constipation, stomachaches, or reflux are part of daily life
You worry about growth, energy, or missing nutrients
You want real answers from a registered dietitian, not another generic meal plan

More Than a Meal Plan

Why a functional approach

A functional pediatric nutritionist asks why a child isn’t eating or thriving, not just what to feed them. As a pediatric registered dietitian with advanced functional and integrative training and 15+ years of experience, I build plans around the whole child: gut, sensory needs, nutrition, and the realities of family life.

FAQ

Pediatric Nutrition: Common Questions

What does a pediatric nutritionist do?

A pediatric nutritionist assesses a child’s eating, growth, gut health, and nutrient needs, then builds a personalized plan to help them eat better and feel better. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I combine credentialed clinical training with a functional, root-cause approach.

What’s the difference between a pediatric nutritionist and a pediatric dietitian?

In practice, the terms overlap. “Registered Dietitian Nutritionist” (RDN) is the protected, board-certified credential. I’m an RDN, so you get a fully credentialed pediatric dietitian who works in a functional, whole-child way.

Do you work virtually

Yes, the practice is fully virtual, so families get the same care without a commute. Appointments happen over secure video, scheduled around school and work.

What conditions do you help with?

From ADHD and autism to picky eating, constipation, and digestive concerns, each condition has its own page with more details about my approach and how nutrition can help.

Do you take insurance?

Nadler Nutrition is private-pay, which keeps visits unhurried and fully personalized. You’ll get a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

When should I see a pediatric nutritionist?

If eating struggles are affecting your child’s growth, energy, behavior, or your family’s daily peace and standard advice hasn’t worked, it’s worth a conversation. The discovery call is free.

Ready to Make Mealtimes Easier?

You don’t have to keep guessing. Work with a pediatric nutritionist who starts with why, and builds a plan your child and your family can actually live with.
