ADHD Nutrition Support for Kids

Food won’t replace your child’s care team, but the right nutrition can change focus, mood, sleep, and the afternoon meltdowns more than most parents are ever told. We look for what’s driving the dysregulation and support it at the source.

You’re Not Alone

You’ve tried everything the pediatrician suggested.

So many families arrive feeling dismissed. You know your child, and you know food is part of the picture. So do we.

This sounds like you if…

Focus and behavior fall apart after meals or by mid-afternoon
Sensitivity to food dyes and additives
Blood-sugar crashes that look like behavior problems
Mealtime regulation is a daily struggle
You’re wary of medication, or want to support it well.
You’ve been told “it’s behavioral” and sent home

FAQ

ADHD nutrition questions, answered

Can nutrition really help ADHD symptoms?

Nutrition isn’t a cure, but research links blood-sugar stability, omega-3 and iron status, gut health and certain additives to focus, mood and behavior. We support the factors that are measurable and changeable for your child.

What foods should we limit?

Rather than a long banned-foods list, we focus on balance: pairing carbohydrates with protein and fat, and identifying any genuine individual triggers.

What about supplements?

We assess first, then recommend only what’s indicated, never a cabinet full of guesses. Anything is coordinated with your child’s physician.

Do we have to stop medication?

No. We work alongside your child’s prescriber. Many families use nutrition to support medication and reduce side effects.

My child is an extremely picky eater. Will this work?

Yes, selective eating is something we specialize in, and we expand the plate gradually without pressure.

Is this available where I live?

Care is fully telehealth and available.
