Menopause Weight Loss - Without Crash Diets
The weight that won’t budge isn’t a willpower problem, it’s a physiology problem. As estrogen shifts, so does where you store fat and how you handle carbs. We build a plan around the new rules so the scale finally moves.
You’re doing everything that used to work. Nothing’s working.
The advice to “just eat less and move more” ignores what’s actually changed in your body. You deserve a strategy that respects it.
This sounds like you if…
We support the physiology, not just the scale.
A strategy built on what’s actually changed, assessed, measured, and supported.
Work with the shift
Eating to support estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol changes, coordinating with HRT if you use it.
Insulin & cravings
Stabilizing blood sugar to reduce belly-fat storage and the crash-and-crave cycle.
Protein & strength
Protecting and building the muscle that powers your metabolism for decades.
The full picture
Checking thyroid, iron and other drivers that quietly stall midlife weight loss.
Cortisol & sleep
Addressing the stress–sleep–weight loop that diet alone can’t fix.
For life, not 30 days
A way of eating you can actually keep, because results that don’t last aren’t results.

Meet Therese →Menopause weight-loss questions, answered
Why is weight loss so much harder now?
Falling estrogen shifts fat storage toward the abdomen, reduces insulin sensitivity and accelerates muscle loss, so the old approach can work against you.
Does my metabolism actually slow down?
Some change is real, but much of the struggle is hormonal and muscle-related, both of which we can support directly.
Is fasting good or bad in menopause?
It depends on the woman. For some it helps; for others it raises stress hormones and backfires. We personalize rather than prescribe a trend.
What are realistic timelines?
Sustainable change, not crash results, many women feel meaningfully better within 8–12 weeks.
Do I need to be on HRT?
No. Nutrition works with or without hormone therapy, and we coordinate if you use it.
